Website storage

Cookie policy

A plain-English explanation of the cookies and browser storage used by this website. Last updated 29 July 2026.

Our current approach

The public Happy Mind Society website does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Because the current site does not set non-essential cookies, it does not show a consent banner.

Local course progress

Interactive course pages use your browser’s local storage to remember which modules you mark as complete. Local storage is not a cookie, but it is similar browser technology. The information remains on your device and is not transmitted to Happy Mind Society. Quiz selections and written reflections are not stored by us.

You can remove saved course progress by clearing site data for happymindsociety.com in your browser. Blocking local storage will not prevent you from reading a course, but progress may not be remembered.

Hosting and security

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical requests and may use strictly necessary security technologies to deliver and protect the website. Technical logs can include IP address, browser information, requested pages and security events. See our privacy policy for more information.

External websites

Links may open services operated by others, including MailerLite, Amazon, Google Play and social platforms. Those services may use their own cookies or tracking technologies under their own policies. A cookie set by another website is not controlled by Happy Mind Society.

If the website changes

If we add analytics, embedded media, advertising or another non-essential technology, we will review whether consent controls are required and update this policy before or when that change is introduced.
