See an example →We explain what psychology-informed education can offer, what it cannot replace and when additional support is appropriate.

You do not need to find the perfect course. Choose the closest starting point, try one module and change direction if another topic fits better.
Calm SOS explains the panic cycle and builds a short response card. For fear of judgement, avoidance and replaying conversations, begin with Social Anxiety.
Calm Reset helps you notice rising activation and build a personalised reset sequence. If variable attention, sensory demand or task initiation are central, try Energy Budgeting for Busy Brains.
3 Tiny Changes for Better Nights is the gentlest starting point. 5-Day Sleep Reset gives a fuller introduction to CBT-I principles without prescribing do-it-yourself sleep restriction.
Mindful Calm teaches short attention and grounding skills. If conventional meditation makes you switch off immediately, Mindfulness for People Who Hate Mindfulness uses movement and eyes-open practices.
Numb to Nourished explores gentle reconnection with sensation, needs and interest. Aligned & Aware is a better fit when you want to clarify values and take one meaningful next step.
Boundaries Lite offers concise scripts for ordinary situations. If another person or living situation affects your safety, use Keeping Yourself Safe While You Heal and prioritise specialist support over confrontation.
