We believe mental health education should be both accessible and responsible.

Our role

Happy Mind Society provides evidence-informed wellbeing education created by psychology-informed practitioners. We translate psychological science into practical, compassionate tools that help people understand themselves and support their wellbeing in everyday life.

We are not a clinical therapy service. We do not diagnose, prescribe or provide crisis intervention. Our resources are designed to complement professional care, not replace it.

What “psychology-informed” means
